About your player data

Nebula Strike: Galactic Assault allows players to create an in-game profile using a callsign (username) and a predefined avatar. The game can also store gameplay progress using cloud save functionality.

    Data associated with your player profile may include:

    Your in-game callsign/username
Your selected predefined avatar
Game progress and saved level information
Unlocked skins and weapon progression
Coins and other game-progress information
Daily reward/progression information

  

Nebula Strike does not require a password, email address, telephone number, OAuth login, or social-media login to create an in-game player profile.

How to request deletion

If you would like your Nebula Strike player profile and associated cloud-saved game data deleted, follow these steps:

Contact Maximcine Studios through our Contact page.
State that you are requesting deletion of your Nebula Strike: Galactic Assault player data.
Provide your in-game callsign/username and, where available, your player ID so that we can identify the correct player record.
We will review the request and delete the applicable player profile and associated cloud-saved game data.

What will be deleted?

When a valid deletion request is processed, Maximcine Studios will delete the player's applicable cloud-stored profile and game-save information associated with the identified player record.

In-game callsign/username
Selected avatar information
Cloud-saved gameplay progress
Game progression and unlock information
Other information contained in the player's applicable cloud save

Important: Deleting your player data may permanently remove your cloud-saved game progress. Deleted game progress may not be recoverable.

Data that may be retained

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, financial records, or other legitimate legal obligations. Where retention is required, the information will be retained only for the period necessary for that purpose.

Data processed by third-party services may also be subject to those providers' applicable privacy and retention practices. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.
